My childhood as a picky eater did not condemn me to lifelong culinary boredom. A degree in Nutrition and Fitness from Florida State University ignited my passion that has guided me from NW Florida, through Colorado, Seychelles, Spain and to the Provence region of France where for the past 13 years I have been honing my culinary skills while developing a full service Bed and Breakfast.

The home I share with my two sons and guests was originally a religious school which provides a serene setting for guests to indulge in the rich cultural surroundings as well as the fresh seasonal produce and wine for which the region is known.
